Jeez Jim, I would have thought you'd ask some more incisive questions than these given the fact you wrote an authorised bio of the band (and the jacket blurb for this book.)
I think you're onto something Marshall, but I doubt whether any of the Wiggles ever came to in the studio with Phil Spector pressing a gun to their temple growling: "Wake the fuck up, Jeff".
have other people gone on record re The Ramones album cover with outfits copied by The Wiggles?
